Mich hat es auch erwischt und daher habe ich mich gestern beim asiatischen Supermarkt meines Vertrauens mit Vitaminen und Antioxidantien eingedeckt. Beim Griff zu den Granatapfelkernen, habe ich das erste Mal gesehen, dass es helle und dunkle gibt und mir von der Verkäuferin der Unterschied erklären lassen (siehe Bild). Lecker waren beide Sorten!
Gestern kam ich in den Genuss eines durchaus interessanten “German Sushi Menüs”. Es gab auch zwei Röllchen mit Blutwurst, was leider Erinnerungen an Zeiten mit sehr unappetitlicher Schulspeisung und der damals von mir aus tiefstem Magen verabscheuten Grützblutwurst weckte … bäh …
